Community participation in liberal arts is more important than ever!

Ed began working with the literary publication Schuylkill Valley Journal in 2017 as Production Editor, doing issue layout and cover design, and shepherding the  publication process through to completion.

​

Through that endeavor, Ed began a relationship with SVJ's associate organization, Manayunk Roxborough Art Center (MRAC). A theatrical program was recently begun. In Summer 2018, Ed played Federico García Lorca in a production about the life of Salvador Dali; in Summer 2019, Ed portrayed Robert Louis Stevenson, both script-in-hand readings that were "biographical lectures delivered by multiple characters in monologue." Playwright and MRAC officer Mike Muir sketches the cover portraits; Ed did the rest of the graphics.
